Privacy

We are given a great deal of information about specific companies' situations and practices. Our survival depends on how well we respect that information. We therefore do not cite the names of companies or individuals in our research in relation to any specific practices, unless we have explicit agreement that this is acceptable.

We reserve the right to list client organizations' names in published client lists, or to list company names in reports where we have used details of their situations or practices.

In our six years' of existence we have not had an instance of any client or company complaining about a breach of confidentiality.

Collection and use of information

Diaz Research collects information, including some individual and personal information, from clients, users of its web site, and from organizations more generally. That data is collected for the purpose of providing service and information to customers and improving service to customers and users through analysis of usage patterns and history. We treat it in confidence.

We don't pass on or sell names or addresses to other organizations. All addresses are used only by us.

Opt-in Newsletter

Our newsletter is opt-in only. If you want to unsubscribe but don't trust on-line unsubscription links (we often don't!) fax up or phone or email us using details on Contact us page.
